OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND CEASE AND DESIST: ONGOING HARASSMENT AND SECURITY THREATS BY EMMANUEL ONYEKACHI NWAOZUZU
DOHS Cares for Vulnerable Women and Children Foundation hereby issues an official public notice and formal cease and desist regarding the ongoing intimidation, telephone harassment, physical harassment and threats made by Mr. Emmanuel Onyekachi Nwaozuzu, a Tech Consultant, against our organization and first responders. Background of the Case Our organization was brought into this matter following an urgent plea for help involving Mr. Nwaozuzu and his wife. According to report made by the wife, she had been subjected to a continuous history of domestic violence since the inception of their marriage. The immediate escalation occurred when Mr. Nwaozuzu forcefully locked his wife out of their matrimonial home in July 2026, leaving her stranded without shelter.
